Writing about emotional well-being

My Approach

Everyone's story is unique and everyone's experiences will affect them in different way.  Sometimes we get stuck or lost and need a hand.  My approach is help you achieve the changes that you want using a range of tools, from a range of therapeutic orientations to create something that suits you, we don't even need to talk...!

About me

Having worked in the NHS, charity sectors and education and across all ages since 2012 I have a broad experience base to draw upon.  Descriptions of my style include the words 'warm', 'interested', 'kind' and 'playful.'  I'm open to all emotions including the difficult ones but not forgetting that joy is an important part of being human!
